How does the monthly credit bank work?
Your membership includes a set number of square inches each month (for example, 2,500 sq in on Pro League). As jobs are produced, we deduct the used square inches from your credit bank. If you go over, additional inches are billed at your tier's member overage rate.
What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?
By default, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. If you add the rollover option, up to 20% of your unused credits can carry over to the next month for a small monthly fee. This helps if your volume fluctuates during the year.
How do shipping costs work for members?
Standard shipping is billed per order at our current rates. Elite and Titan members also receive one free UPS Ground shipment per month, which is applied to the qualifying order of your choice during that billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?
Yes. You can request a change in tier before your next billing cycle. Upgrades typically take effect on the next billing date, and any changes to included credits and pricing will be confirmed in writing so you always know what to expect.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Founding member pricing is designed for shops that plan to use UV-DTF regularly throughout the year. Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. If we ever introduce minimum terms or setup fees, those details will be clearly stated before you check out.
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We recommend print-ready PNG, PSD, AI, or PDF files at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds where needed. If you have questions about file setup for a specific project, you can send us a sample file before joining to make sure everything is compatible.
Is this membership a good fit for my shop?
This model works best for shops and brands that order UV-DTF regularly and want predictable costs, priority access, and a dedicated production partner. If you only need an occasional sheet, our standard non-member ordering options may be a better fit.
